Adrienne Alberts, Sr. Director, Inclusion, Diversity & Giving for GDIT, has been an active organizational leader focused on diversity, talent management, program management, operations, and career development for more than 20 years. In her current role, she leads enterprise-wide inclusion, diversity, and philanthropy efforts.
Prior to joining GDIT, Adrienne worked for the American Red Cross in strategic roles in Human Resources and Disaster Cycle Services. Adrienne also led college and diversity recruiting for Constellation Energy and Booz Allen Hamilton after starting her career in higher education.
Adrienne is former member of the National Association of Colleges and Employers board of directors and a past President for the Eastern Association of Colleges and Employers. She served on the board of the Sellinger School of Business at Loyola University in Maryland and as Vice President of the Caroline Center Board of Directors. The Caroline Center is a non-profit organization focusing on career preparation for unemployed and underemployed women in Baltimore City.
Adrienne has diverse experience in career development, diversity recruiting, effective service delivery, and process improvement. A native of Virginia, she received her M.Ed. in Counseling Psychology with a concentration on College Student Personnel Administration and her B.S. in Psychology from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA.
