Nadia Khatouri leads the Business Innovation Services team within GDIT’s Business Integration and Transformation Services (BITS) organization. In this capacity, she partners with functional and IT leaders to drive GDIT’s digital transformation by optimizing business process and technology to allow us to become more efficient, effective, and competitive.
In previous positions, Ms. Khatouri has developed and executed on change programs and technology strategies in various capacities at large government IT service providers. This has included managing divestiture, merger, and integration activity; driving business to our leveraged services teams and strategic delivery centers; rolling out new technology solutions; optimizing business processes; supporting re-organizations; and supporting executive leadership teams with various other strategic initiatives.
Ms. Khatouri holds a Master’s in Commerce from the University of Virginia McIntire School of Commerce, and a Bachelor’s in Financial Economics from the University of Virginia. She is Certified with The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF).
