Nikoia Greene is a Sr. Director of Operations at GDIT where she plays a key role in developing and executing the strategic direction for the Intelligence and Homeland Security Division. In this capacity, she is also responsible for identifying and implementing opportunities for more efficient operations. Prior to her current position, Ms. Greene served as a Program Manager for contracts of varying size, scope and complexity spanning from software development to cybersecurity. By working side by side with her customers on-site, she was able to hone her customer service skills and creative problem solving abilities. Among her accomplishments, Ms. Greene was responsible for raising customer satisfaction scores on a failing program by 87%.
Prior to joining GDIT in 2004, Ms. Greene worked for Lockheed Martin Corporation as a Systems Engineer supporting the intelligence community. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Drexel University in Philadelphia, a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from George Washington University in Washington, DC and is PMP certified.
